Meet Justine
With over 20 years of experience in the health and fitness industry, Justine Cooper is passionate about helping people discover the joy of movement. Her philosophy is simple: when we move our bodies, we feel better—physically, mentally, and emotionally.
After completing her Bachelor of Human Movement, Justine began sharing her knowledge with people of all ages, fitness levels, and abilities. Since then, she has helped thousands of people build confidence, improve their wellbeing, and make movement a positive part of everyday life.
Justine specialises in creating fun, welcoming, and inclusive group fitness experiences where everyone feels comfortable, regardless of age or fitness level. Her classes are designed to be enjoyable, motivating, and adaptable, encouraging participants to move in a way that feels right for their own body.
Her diverse range of classes includes POUND® – Rockout. Workout., Mat and Reformer Pilates, Revive, Restore & Align (a blend of gentle movement, mindful stretching, breathing, and relaxation), Aquarobics, HIIT and Circuit Training, Bodyweight Strength, Cardio Dance, and Boxing.
Whether you're looking to improve your strength, flexibility, balance, mobility, fitness, or simply have fun while exercising, Justine creates supportive, high-quality sessions that leave you feeling stronger, more energised, and happier.
